Dearman Systems is a provider of terminal automation and unified logistics software for the bulk liquids industry—serving terminals moving product by truck, rail, marine, pipelines, etc. The site redesign moved them from an existing Wix site to the more advanced Wix Studio platform to better present their SaaS products & modules, improve usability, and match their enterprise-quality positioning.

Challenges: Dearman Systems needed a professional and user-friendly website to effectively:

  • Overcome the limitations of their previous Wix site, which lacked the flexibility to present multiple complex product modules in a clear, structured way.

  • Improve navigation for users exploring a wide suite of products, integrations, and market applications, where key information was previously buried or unclear.

  • Communicate the company’s technical sophistication—highlighting advanced capabilities like data unification, compliance, accounting interfaces, and inventory management—without overwhelming the visitor.

  • Enhance visual hierarchy and responsiveness to create a more modern, polished, and high-performing experience across all devices.

Our Approach: We redesigned the Dearman Systems website in Wix Studio, creating a clean, structured, and technology-forward experience. The new layout organizes their suite of software and hardware modules into clear categories, making complex information easy to navigate. Visual hierarchy, iconography, and modern design elements highlight key capabilities such as automation, data integration, and compliance features—presented in a way that feels intuitive and professional.

  • Products & Modules hierarchy: Clear delineation of “Products” (the major platforms like Terminal Automation, UNITY, LYNX, etc.) vs “Modules” (Accounting Interface, Inventory Management, etc.).

  • Visual storytelling: Dashboard snapshots, industry visuals (trucks / terminals / bulk liquids) to help visitors “see” what Dearman does.

  • “Why Dearman” section: highlights of accuracy, reporting, revenue, safety, scalability, customer experience. Helps establish value quickly.

  • Integration & Market Coverage info: shows markets served (ethanol, transloading, etc.), integrations (hardware, software) to reinforce scope.

  • Customer Testimonials & Logos: to build credibility, social proof (with named titles & companies).

  • Modern, clean UI on Wix Studio: polished header / hero, clean grid layout, clear CTAs (“Explore the Platform”, “Learn More”, “Contact Us”).

Results: The new Dearman Systems website has led to:

  • Greater Clarity of Offerings: The redesigned structure presents Dearman’s platform and modules with far more transparency, allowing potential clients to easily understand the full scope of their products and solutions.

  • Enhanced User Experience: Intuitive, logically organized navigation improves browsing across all devices and eliminates previous friction points.

  • Elevated Brand Presence: The modern visual design and refined content layout convey an enterprise-level image aligned with Dearman’s leadership in logistics and automation.

  • Long-Term Flexibility: Built on Wix Studio, the new site offers scalable functionality for future product additions, content updates, and internal management.

  • Positive Client Feedback: The Dearman team has praised the site’s clarity, performance, and upgraded presentation—reflecting their brand’s innovation and technical sophistication.

  • Improved Engagement: Early analytics indicate stronger navigation flow and reduced bounce rates, showing users are finding what they need more efficiently.

Conclusion: The redesign on Wix Studio gave Dearman Systems a site that better reflects their technical sophistication, clarifies their product suite, and improves the user journey from discovery → understanding → contact. The upgraded visuals, structure, and content positions them more strongly in the bulk liquids / terminal automation market, allowing them to compete as a modern SaaS & enterprise vendor.
